Raising children, navigating a blended family and working the technology field for many years has led me to focus on the challenges of growing up in the modern world. Transitions from childhood to adulthood comes with a lot of change both as individuals and in relationship settings; helping young people (14-25) work through these changes and navigate relationships with others and themselves is my focus.
My style is very person centered – it is about understanding individuals; ensuring that the conversations we have and that the tools we use suit you and help you grow. The sessions will be led by your life experience, at your pace and to your direction.
Topics that tend to come up include: goals, boundary setting, communication approaches, healthy relationships, personalities and how to engage with others, removing conflict, coercive control, gender stereotypes, misogyny, abuse, manipulation, anxiety, acceptance, and emotional regulation.
I really look forward to hearing from you and seeing if we click.
